The Law Offices of A. Lavar Taylor is a boutique law firm specializing in tax matters, with an emphasis on federal and state tax controversies and the tax aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency. Matters which we handle include representation of:

- Taxpayers who are involved in administrative appeals from an audit by the IRS, FTB, SBE, EDD or other tax agencies;
