Overview
Ashley joins Taylor Nelson Amitrano LLP as an Associate Attorney. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Manager in the State and Local Tax group in the Washington National Tax Practice at a Big Four public accounting firm, where she advised clients on complex state and local tax issues in a wide range of industries. Her primary focus was on issues affecting pass-through entities and their investors.
Ashley earned her Master of Laws in Taxation with Honors and Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. During law school, Ashley participated in the Sales and Use Tax Clinic, where she worked with a supervising attorney to represent clients on qualifying sales and use tax matters.
Ashley is an active member of the California Lawyers Association. She previously served as the Chair for the Taxation Corporate and Pass-Through Entities Committee from 2023-2024.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cycling, going to the movie theatre, and is a scary movie enthusiast.
