Daniel is co-presenting on the Responsible Person Determination and CA Cannabis Taxes, and will discuss California’s new responsible person determinations for cannabis taxes as enforced by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, including the types of taxes, persons with exposure, and determination procedures.
Michael is co-presenting on the Ethical Duties for Young Tax Lawyers and will provide an overview of the intersectionality of the different codes of conduct applicable to tax practitioners.
