Michael Romero and Jinsoo Lee, Attorneys at Taylor Nelson Amitrano LLP, Invited to Participate in the October 2024 California Lawyers Association Sacramento Delegation

We are pleased to announce Michael Romero and Jinsoo Lee, attorneys at Taylor Nelson Amitrano LLP, have been invited to participate in the California Lawyers Association Sacramento Delegation on October 18, 2024. Michael and Jinsoo’s paper proposes streamlining collections by California tax agencies through the use of standardized multi-agency forms for financial statements. Their presentation to the Franchise Tax Board, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, and Employment Development Department will review how each agency’s practices compare and contrast, when evaluating an individual or entity’s financial circumstances for purposes of collections. The paper recommends steps the agencies can take to alleviate taxpayer burden and expedite the resolution of liabilities.
