A. Lavar Taylor Serving as a Panelist at the Virtual 2026 Fall Tax Meeting

Taylor Nelson Amitrano LLP is delighted to announce that founding partner A. Lavar Taylor will serve as a panelist at the American Bar Association Virtual 2026 Fall Tax Meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
From 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Lavar will join moderator Maya A. Hairston of Morgan Lewis, Frank Agostino of Kostelanetz LLP, and The Honorable Alina I. Marshall, Judge, United States Tax Court, for “Litigating the Administrative Record in Tax Controversies.” The panel will examine how courts define the administrative record and when it can be supplemented. It will also cover the role of discovery and extra-record evidence and the remedies available when the agency’s record falls short.
