We are excited to announce that Lavar Taylor, Managing Partner at TaylorNelsonAmitrano LLP, will serve as a panelist at this year’s Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) 41st Annual Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference (BRC25) in Newport Beach, CA. Lavar’s panel titled “Arc of the Bankruptcy Process: Part Three – What happens next? Post confirmation” will take place on June 6, 2025, and will cover tax issues in Post Confirmation Chapter 11 plans.
