Congratulations to Daniel Soto, Senior Associate Attorney

We are pleased to announce that Daniel W. Soto has been promoted to Senior Associate Attorney, effective January 1, 2026.

Daniel is a key member of the Taylor Nelson Amitrano team, where he began eight years ago as a law clerk before becoming an associate attorney. Daniel focuses on tax controversy matters and represents clients facing complex federal and state tax issues. His strong analytical approach, litigation skills, and commitment to client advocacy have made him an integral part of our firm’s continued growth.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where he was active in the Chapman Mock Trial Board, the Hispanic Law Student Association, and the Tax Law Society.
