Jonathan Amitrano Publishes in Tax Notes on July 7th. Here’s What He’s Talking About

We’re excited to share that Jonathan Amitrano, Partner at Taylor Nelson Amitrano LLP, has co-authored an article for Tax Notes, “Proposed Regulatory and Statutory Amendments to the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act Withholding Exemption Provisions to Ensure That Taxpayers’ Requests Are Resolved on A Timely Basis.”
Developed as part of the California Lawyers Association delegation earlier this year, his article will appear in the July 7 issue of Tax Notes, with early release via the Tax Notes daily platform.
