Lisa O. Nelson to Speak at California Lawyers Association’s 2026 Annual Income Tax Virtual Seminar

Taylor Nelson Amitrano is delighted to share that Managing Partner Lisa Nelson will be speaking this Friday, July 24, 2026, at the California Lawyers Association's 2026 Annual Income Tax Virtual Seminar. This full-day program is 100% online, making it easy to attend from any location. 

Lisa will join Ovsep Akopchikyan of Akopchikyan Tax Law P.C. and Desiree Macedo of the California Franchise Tax Board for Session III, "Residency Issues in California," from 10:00–11:00 AM Pacific. Lisa’s panel will offer both practitioner and agency perspectives on California residency audits, including planning before a move, developing the factual record, and responding to Franchise Tax Board audit positions.

Attendees can earn up to 6.0 hours of MCLE credit (including Legal Specialization credit in Taxation Law) and 7.2 hours of CPE. Participants will get important insights from leading tax practitioners and government officials on today's most important federal and California tax issues.
