Jonathan will join Kurt Kawafuchi, of the Law Offices of Kurt Kawafuchi, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Nithya Senra, Deputy Chief of the Tax and Bankruptcy Section for the Central District of California, for Session 10 , “When IRS Comes Knocking: How To Defend Your Clients From Unpaid Gift and Estate Tax,” on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 8:30–9:20 AM PDT. The session will break down IRS collection tools for unpaid estate and gift taxes—and practical strategies taxpayers can use to protect themselves when the IRS turns to enforcement.
